I made a quick batch of these last night for dinner and wanted to share them here to kick off the weekend (thank you iPhone camera). Super easy and delicious. I hope you have a great weekend! -Mallory
salt, for the glasses
1/2 grapefruit, juiced
3 ounces tequila (100% agave)
1 1/2 ounces Cointreau
Find your favorite rocks glasses or any kind of small tumblers.
Wet the rim of your glasses with water (or grapefruit juice) then salt the rims by dipping them into a small bowl or plate of salt. Fill the glasses with ice and set aside.
Place grapefruit juice, tequila, and Cointreau in cocktail shaker. Add ice until the shaker is half full. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into prepared glasses and enjoy.
