Cocktails on the Farm - September 2015
Urban Roots Farm is a beautiful and electric place in downtown Springfield, where we're fortunate enough to host Cocktails on the Farm, a somewhat monthly cocktail workshop for women. This past workshop was magic with so many stunning women exploring seasonal flavors and hanging out together on the farm. Most of the ingredients came straight from the farm, but we also collaborated with Copper Run Distillery on the spirits and a number of delicious local businesses including Elle's Patisserie, Homegrown Food, The Coffee Ethic, and Mama Jean's Natural Market. I'm grateful to Michelle Houghton for capturing the evening in these stunning photos. As we gear up for the next event on Thursday, October 22, here's a look back at September.
